Useberry 2025 in Review: A Year Shaped by Learning and Momentum

Highlights from the 2025 yearly review article of Useberry! Year wrapped.

Useberry 2025 in review. Explore the year’s biggest moments, product updates, customer stories, and how teams tested websites and prototypes at scale.

Every year teaches us something new. In 2025, one thing became even clearer: more teams are making user testing a regular habit, not a last step. It was a fast-moving year full of growth, ideas, and product progress, and it happened because you kept showing up with real questions and real work.

Let’s take a look at what we created together this year:

More People Joined the Conversation

This was a year of new users and new conversations. The community grew and more teams used Useberry as a core part of how they make decisions. Many of you tested early, tested often, and shared feedback that helped shape what we built next. Your ideas did not just influence the product. They kept us focused on what matters: making research feel natural inside real teams.

A Year of Great Discussions and Shared Expertise

Between If U Seek and our Expert Talks series, we kept the discussions grounded in the realities of modern product work: speed, collaboration, AI, and the challenge of making confident decisions with limited time. Each episode brought practical perspectives you could apply right away, plus a few honest moments that made the topics feel human.

Our webinars carried that same energy. Guests from teams like Mews and Pixeled Eggs shared how they work, what they tested, and what they learned. These sessions turned everyday challenges into clearer next steps.

You created incredible work with Useberry

This year’s customer stories showed what happens when testing becomes part of how teams move forward. Ferryhopper scaled multilingual microcopy testing without losing speed. Surfshark made faster design decisions with confidence. CarePortal showed how they scaled usability testing; Mews, Pixeledeggs, and Infinum validated ideas, improved flows, and learned directly from the people they build for.

The common thread was not a specific method or workflow. It was consistency. Teams that keep testing end up with fewer surprises and clearer direction.

New Features that Push us Forward

Your requests and feedback helped shape some of our biggest releases yet, and we finished the year strong with a streak of updates that raised the bar across the platform.

  • Recruitment received powerful new targeting and quality improvements as well as options like ask to return that gives you more agency over the submissions you receive, giving teams more control over who they hear from and stronger confidence in the responses they collect.
  • Recordings introduced major new capabilities, including transcripts, highlights, tags, and reels, making it possible to search, organize, and share key moments much easier. On top of all that, you can now upload your own research videos to take advantage of these powerful features under one platform without disrupting your workflow!
  • Brand Kits made it easier for teams to keep studies consistent and on-brand, especially when multiple people are shipping research at scale.

And we are not slowing down! We are carrying that momentum into 2026, so keep an eye on what comes next.

What You Tested in 2025

Across the year, teams tested thousands of websites and prototypes. Each study started with a question, a risk, or a decision that needed clarity. Together, these studies produced millions of interactions and paths that revealed what people notice, what they understand, and what slows them down.

Useberry Blocks continued to be the foundation of most studies.

Questions, Single Task, and Context Block were the most used methods across the platform.

Participants were recruited every day to help teams make progress through real behavior, not assumptions.

Recordings, flows, and captured clicks helped teams spot patterns quickly and move from observations to decisions with less friction.

Your Favorite Shortcuts of the Year

In 2025, you leaned into fast, focused formats that help teams make progress without waiting weeks. Concept testing, tree testing, and first click were among the most used templates of the year. Clear questions, quick setup, and reliable direction with one click. These templates helped turn uncertainty into a next step while momentum was still high.

A Quick Look Behind the Scenes

A lot of people worked quietly to support everything you built this year.

The development team brought features to life through steady, thoughtful work.

The product team clarified priorities and kept shipping forward.

The design team refined journeys and elevated the experience across the platform.

The research team kept pressure-testing ideas and raising the quality bar.

Leadership helped steer the focus and pace.

It was a team effort, and you felt it in every release.

Thank You for an Incredible 2025

Every study you launched this year carried a purpose. Some confirmed a direction. Others prevented unnecessary work. All of them brought you closer to the people using your product.

We are grateful that you chose Useberry to run your tests, learn from real behavior, and move forward with confidence. Here is to a new year of smart experiments, faster learning, and products that feel effortless to use.

Let’s learn even faster in 2026.
